Is my man cheating?

The fact that you've arrived at this blog likely means that you typed a search term such as, "Is my man cheating?" It also means that you've got an awful lot on your mind right now. To be honest, there is no worse feeling in the world than having to deal with the fact that your spouse could be cheating on you. This website is dedicated to helping you deal with the prospect of a cheating husband or boyfriend.

One of the first things you need to do in a situation like this is to separate fact from fiction. Suspecting, or having a hunch, that your better half is cheating is not good enough. You need to have real evidence to backup your suspicions before you take the next step and confront him about his infidelity. Without that proof, your case will never hold water and he will be able to deny everything. In some cases, he might even be able to turn the tables and make you out to be overly possessive and jealous.

And speaking of jealously: It's imperative (before you take any action) to really do some soul searching and ask yourself if your suspicions are based on fact, or if the whole situation is a result of a jealous and possessive personality. What triggered your suspicions? Was it something he said or did, or are you simply going on a hunch?

Is my man cheating? If so, what can be done?

Once you've determined that the situation is real and you do have cause for concern, you can start putting a plan together and gathering evidence. This may take some time but you've got to have patience. Hard evidence won't be easy to uncover and he's not likely to leave a trail for you to follow. It's going to take a little ingenuity and a whole lot of determination to build your case.

Unfortunately, if he is having an affair, there's no easy way to tiptoe around the situation. You're going to have to make a plan and implement strategies to find the truth and put an end to the emotional turmoil. This may require you to step out of your comfort zone to get the proof you need, but you might just surprise yourself when it comes down to the crunch.
